The bashing in this thread has the potential to be more hardcore than a Tiesto thread. :nervous:

Depends which sect. And the underlying theme is that in the end, if you sincerely repent, you will be forgiven, so its no biggie :wtf: |

yes because clearly a fairytale written by monks 2000 years ago is a better argument than scientific fact. :stongue: |
So is that why creationism has more scientific merits than evolution? |

It's just a well known fact that creationisim is currently beating evolution in the scientific proof category.

| again; how? There is no possible way to prove god exists. Its even questionable if Jesus existed. and if he did whose to say he wasnt just an ordinary man who declared himself gods son? |

| Creationism, I said. Everyone on the internet always assumes anything having to do with religion or creationism automatically has to do with christianity. I'm speaking about general creationism. The idea of intelligent design, not necessarily by the Christian God. |

Its weird to me that anyone would argue this stuff. I would say it had about 0% relevancy to what Jesus talked about. Paul wasn't out there denouncing the Romans for using their "crazy science" |
Most so-called Christians have it pretty mixed up imo.
Gays are hardly mentioned at all, and I don't think abortion is ever mentioned.
Feeding the poor and helping the least of your brothers is probably the most common theme.
And I don't know how anyone can sanely argue against evolution.
If humans can create a Chihuahua out of a wolf in just a few thousand years through artificial selection, imagine what nature could do given millions or billions of years through natural selection.
Yeah it's kind of funny, but if you think about it, the COR is one of the culminations of evolution.

| theres nothing wrong with the teachings of the bible in terms of principal. help your fellow man and so on. thats a great way to live your life. but to believe that religion has more credibility than scientific fact is ludicrous. |
