What? "Religion" and "Pointless?"
Not likely. |

I would like science to explain documented paranormal activity, and near death experiences in which the people interviewed reported similar instances...I also want science to explain how BLIND PEOPLE COULD SEE THEIR SURROUNDINGS DURING THEIR NDE.

This smells fake.
Take a look at these quotes from the article you posted:
"As you will see, apart from the fact that Vicki was not able to discern color during her experience, the account of her NDE is absolutely indistinguishable from those with intact visual systems."
"I think I was wearing the plain gold band on my right ring finger and my father's wedding ring next to it. But my wedding ring I definitely saw ... That was the one I noticed the most because it's most unusual. It has orange blossoms on the corners of it."
Don't believe everything you read (especially on the Internet). |

nah, I explain it in my psy 101 class. Usually abnormal is a 400 level.
and I read through about the first 120 posts and had to stop. I don't like it when people talk about how factual and true science theory is. Theories are never proven true, an alternate explanation is proven false, thats it. The rest you must put your faith into.
its probably already been said, but the newest religion is science. |
