I noticed that Armin had a camera next to him at all times during the show. Will we be able to see any of his footage that he recorded?
Absolutely, in fact Shanny may be the best to contact with regards to the distribution of said recording. I recommend PM'ing him, or he may be able to elaborate in this thread if we're lucky...
OH SHANNY...

I'm happy you mentioned that Jon...
What the camera is for is to capture the full Armin experience.
Previously it was thought that recording sets would allow one to fully "relive" the night.
Now we have the technology to be able to offer the Armin club goer the added dimension of visual rememorization. Not only will you be able to hear all of the superbombs that Armin exploded in the Kool Haus, but you will be able to see the faces of the people who they exploded on.
Armin cares about his fans, and he doesn't want to make this just another set for you to put in your collection and pull out in between periodic listenings of Whitney, N Sync, George Clinton, etc...
He wants to make this the definitive piece of your collection capable of instantly catapulting you back to the arms in the air moments we shared together.
More details to follow.

For all you prog fans, the first track Markus dropped was Pryda - Armed.
Perfect intro track for the type of deep and dirty prog Markus played that night.
I still can't get over his set!

I had a good view when it happened the second time and he wasn't near the decks. He was going through his case and ran back up to the deck looking confused on wtf just happened. When the equipment came back it stuttered a bunch the part it left off, I think it was whatever sample was stored in the buffer. I thought he was going to be using Ableton actually but I never saw a laptop.
A copy of Markus' set would be sick. I dunno about you but after about 24 hours I quickly begin to forget what the set sounded like and only remember how much I was loving it at the time. I'm having some bass withdrawals now too. I've been medicating with the April 19th GDJB. :eyespop: I tried staying til the very end with the rest of the TA's but my lower back was exploding on me, old snowboarding injury, and I still had to drive a while. :( Managed until 7:45 at least. I was so sad walking out :sadgreen: Next time for Markus!

One annoying thing about this thread... Stop calling the Koolhaus the Guv!! :whip: :p
Another thing no one has mentioned... how cool was the DJ booth??!!!
The lights were friggin awesome! Albeit they weren't on all the time, but it really added to the effect when they came on! It was a funy thing to notice that when the lights on the booth did turn on, everybody dropped their heads by about a foot, like htey didnt' want the lights shining on their faces, hahaha, sketchbags, but it was awesome for me, cause I felt like a foot taller and saw EVERYTHING then. Loved the booth, looked so rad! :toocool:

I don't give a about your review, you can write all the opinion you want. (although I can't guarantee people will read it) I respectively told you to "get over yourself" because you were adamant about Blake hitting the pause button and it NOT being an accident.
The guy ing posted in the thread 2 pages prior (I have a feeling you didn't read that either) clarifying it was a power failure. Does it matter? Did that warrant your enchanting 4/10? I don’t think so, I feel bad for the guy and hope he gets booked again.

It was nice meeting you Graham. That guy at the end of the night that we watched was so funny, he had some pretty sick dance moves :nervous:
Hahaha. I couldn't stop laughing at the guy. He was too much. After a while I started feeling bad because I had been standing there laughing at him for like 15 minutes.
Nice meeting you too. Hope to see you again soon. :)
