Or, say - if your currently doing their laundry for them - stop doing it, make them do it themselves. You need to be consistent in this though and not be a softy - eventually, the kid *should* get the drift : If I keep up with my chores, doing my laundry and homework and doing a bit of self-moderation so I have time to get these things done, I have my XBOX there when I want to play it whenever I want, as long as I want (as long as the other stuff is getting done). |
Old school & quite expressively the most effective.
People's there's an answer to this quandary. The kid is psychologically sick. |

| The only good online game is Team Fortress 2 for PC. Everything else is mediocre at best, including and especially Call of Duty 4 for any platform. |

that kid is brave though i give him that. Perhaps the parents should have just taken away COD, not the entire system.
