yesterday was AWSOME!!!!!! such a great vibe and great way to kick off the season mr scruff was dope!!!!!

It was ing cold!
Personally loved the music, good mix of mid-tempo funk, dub, house, broken beat and some classics. I did hear a few grumbles from people who would have preferred it harder, faster and less eclectic, but whatever -the majority of people were into it.
One thing that was really cool was when the sun would pop out for few seconds from clouds, the whole crowd would cheer. It's really moments like that that make Piknik special. |

I'm trying to figure out which Piknics to attend this summer and wanted to know, who are the best trance DJ's coming this summer?
I love the Ferry Corsten, Tiesto type stuff.

16 août: TECHNO.FM @ PIKNIC : Fairmont (CA) + Techno.fm dj’s
5 septembre: James Holden (UK) + Creator (CA) + FM Radio Gods (CA)
13 septembre: Kalkbrenner (DE) + Sasha Funke (DE) + Mini (CA)
27 septembre: Dusty Kid (DE) + Bender (CA) + Michel Lloyd (CA) + Green & LaTeez (CA)
You will probably appreciate these nights the most if you like those Djs that you mentioned. Piknik doesnt really follow any genre purely so you will not find a trance day. I guarantee if you go to these, you will never want to hear trance again ;) |
