I am trying to get my set from Techno.fm, I will post it when I get it ;-)

on a serious note (smirk), that would be great. I have some vid clips of your set but that doesn't do it justice.

Saturdays Piknik was 'ok' - seemed to spend more time sitting and chilling out and enjoying the weather.

FM Radio Gods had me up and dancing a bit and enjoyed their set the most of the day. James Holden was really hit and miss for me - his mixing was frequently questionable and some of the tracks were bad. Now and then he'd get into some good moments - and then do a bad mix and completely loose me again.

Although, every time I've seen him in the past I've had a similar 'complaint' - so I knew what to expect, but still enjoyed myself (but the parts of his set I did like, I did really enjoy).

Sundays Piknik was simply mental - this weekend was my first time going to a non-Mutek piknik in a few years, and I've never seen it so busy (even during Mutek). The vibe was amazing, the place was packed - now and then I'd try and squeeze my way deeper into the dance floor, get a few rows of people in and be "ack, too much!" and venture back out to the sides.

Danced my ass off and stayed until the end. The party was mental - and the highlight of my weekend.

I thought Saturday's piknic crowd was sparse at best. Really disappointed with the turnout...but what can you do.

Saturday:

got there very early and caught all Creator, which was a solid set. Just disappointed that he was on early and was kinda empty during the first few hours (i know usually piknic is on sun, and labour day weekend)

FM Radio Gods were good, but Im sorry not what you want to hear outside on a beautiful sunny afternoon. They were too dark and emo at some points, didnt get into their set at all. Im not saying they had to play happy deep house but at least cater to where you are, like creator did (he played some dark but most of it was upbeat) perfect for that type of event

By Holden it got packed, but not like other times. Holden like everyone is saying was hit or miss, his first part of the set was zzzz but in the middle he did get better. He played alot of his older for some reason, some songs and mixes he did were solid, some were ummmm

anyways not the best piknic i went to but i was with ALOT of ppl which made it fun, that weekend was insane

THANKS PASCAL! FREQUENCY WAS AMAZING AFTER!!!!

i wonder if they are showing berlin calling tomorrow after piknic... seeing they did that last year when piknic was canceled due to the rain.

I think this time it's only in Toronto... it would be nice though

^Definitely worth seeing if you get the chance.

the sound track is not too shabby either.

the movie was a lil bit cheese, but not bad.

Enjoy
Piknic vous annonce que Paul Kalkbrenner est coincé à l'aéroport de Frankfurt.... il ne pourra donc pas assurer sa prestation de ce soir.
