Let me extend Rich's reply in saying that yes, there will be a lot of house, but you are going ot be seeing different kinds of house spread across the grounds. From SF House to Chicago House to Progressive House to nasty stuff....

Across the board just about every (major) genre of EDM is usually coverage...so things like techno, minimal, jungle, drum 'n bass, etc etc won't be hard to find. :)

looks like she's into tech house, which will have strong representation all week long as well.

i hope they bring the house rockit float from 06 back. that thing was great... crazy layered tribal house with 5 live instrumentalists (drummers and guitarists) freestyling to the dj simultaneously :eyespop:
R!CH
just put lovevolution floats up on the calendar based on last year's lineup, which is probably smaller than it will be this year

you get an idea about how dominant house is in this scene

i'd love that but not gonna happen... people in this city aren't ready for that, heart attack everywhere... ;) but if it happens, ill be up front chain myself to the float

They dont cost much for a live set and they could bring Ami-o (drummer) as well. Little more of a cost then SestoSento, X-noise and other psytrance artists brought into SF, but they will destroy the float live!

Cool, thanks so much for your help :)

Not sure where you got the 'she loves tech house' idea from... I guess my sig. (Have you heard the drums back in Lawlers recent sets? Driving me willlld)

I'm a lover of all house music... but Toronto is currently polluted with tech house so I am actually pretty tired of it.

No idea what SF house is... at the moment can't even think of a DJ I know from SF. But looking forward to hearing its sound.

Rich, your calendar is amazing! I wish TOTA had something like that. We are only allowed to post events 2 months in advance, and most our clubs stay rather secretive...And Jaytech in Aug... makes me want to book my vacation early

Thanks again. Can't wait!
