Lol, fair enough. Good to see you're in the game.
Alex, I think your score is correct.

Strange pairing, but Tom Stephan is worth it imo. He's capable of laying down some extremely twisted material.

I found Tom Stephan not worth a dime on Saturday.

Got to Stereo late (4:30) and waited a good amount of time to get in. The coat check was full and we had to wait for people to leave before getting our coats checked in. The music was good when in line....and I assume it was Dijon at that point.

Once I got upstairs, Tom Stephan was playing....I figured he would pick up as it was meh. Unfortunately, he never delivered. His set was probably the worst set i've ever witnessed. His set had more breakdowns than a trance DJ, had no flow, and the track selection was average. I think the highest streak of good tunes was 3 tracks. To make matters worse, he included some of the worst electro possible.

I did not have any WOW OMG moments ever in his set. Next time I check stereo on a Saturday, ill go from the start to make sure i dont miss out on a perhaps better DJ than the prime time one! I wish I could of made it to VC, Roger Sanchez, or C&C opening and get some proper tribal....Tom Stephan was definitely not it!

As far as Stereo, this was my first time returning to the temple. While I like it, something was missing that night....and I think it is probably because of the bad set from Tom Stephan. The look of the club is nice, but a bit too modern for an afterhours, I prefer the old underground vibe of stereo. Having the disco ball and lighting lower sure gave it a more underground vibe. I also miss the horns they had.

As far the sound is concerned, it was crisp and excellent...its a shame it wasn't use to its potential. I didn't mind the DJ booth being high...its pretty similar to the old one...except you cant walk to the side of it.

The bathrooms were fairly accessible...but you have to know they are there! The sink however is already falling apart with many of the faucets broken :S

I like that Stereo has a few acts/dancers throughout the set...however, the lazers at their finger tips do get annoying when pointed at you. The big robot with lights, C02 containers and fireworks was pretty sick tho!
