Which is a big part of this concept imo. Beyond any philosophical reasons about open-mindedness, they're occasionally booking high-profile names, and also rotating in jocks with lower booking fees. Have to admit, having one of the owners spin (I've never had the chance to hear him, although I'd like to) has to help the bottom line. |

they would announce the djs if they booked expensive ones that we deemed "worth it" marcus. The concept has nothing to do with vibe, but with finances. It is painfully obvious no matter what they try and make us swallow as the reason.
You can't argue this, all you have to do is look at who has played Saturdays so far. |

After re-reading my post, it looks to be a bit more negative than I intended it. It was really meant to be a neutral statement on how I see it. They have brought in a couple names I'd have paid to see, had I known in advance.
While they do seem to be using a steady recycling of standard DJs, I still think that if you want to see the more innovative names, go early, as they tend to get the warm-up slot.
I'm feeling the itch well up inside me and will probably be rolling the dice on a trip up before too long. Come on lucky number seven! I need to let loose! |

| don't forget the other entertainment. new show every week at stereo (dancers, circus acts, robots!!)...your $35 is also paying for that. |

I don't think that is as important as the music.
The dancers were horrible for the Clive Henry night, hardly worth the money:p |

| this months names are "bigger" than usual. i think thats why they were announced. Definetly try to go to at least one of these. never seen vibe, might be interesting. |
