Beyond that, what a ing waste. Seriously 250 million dollars in special effects and one of the most beautiful visual works in years and thats the ing story you want to tell?

I hope someday someone figures out how to make a similar movie that could actually blow my mind. Half way through Avatar I was squirming at the absolutely terrible acting and plot getting in the way of my sublime visual hallucinations. The score is a ing joke as well.

Huge +1, visually it was great, but otherwise it suuuuucked.

also, WTF at the tentacle penis bestiality. something about hooking yourself up to wild animal in an effort to ride it is just ridiculous. and i still can't get over the look of the aliens.

yes, i thought this was ed up as well. basically they hunt down and rape animals in order to joyride them.

besides the movie giving me a headache from all of the effects and movement, i could not look at the goofy blue cheese either

I just saw Avatar last night. I would have to say 3/10 on the story but 10/10 as far as the visual aspect of it. It seriously looked amazing. Too bad the story was so cheesy. Especially the end where it zooms in on his face and his eyes open. I felt like I was watching some stupid Disney movie. The music was bad too. All the stupid tribal sounding stuff reminded me of Lion King.

It does have one redeeming quality though. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the movie was like a representation of the war the US is currently in and the way that we humans are destroying planet Earth. That was really cool, imo.
