That is the most important thing. It is not about you, or me, but humans as a whole. This is why Asians will rule the world eventually, they have the communal idea down. Its about the greater good, the community! What we lack is a unified community, something that religion is fundamentally an issue maker.
If you have faith based issues there is no room for rational dialog or understanding because faith is not about understanding, it is about trusting you are right. Its ing built into the system, the exclusion of other peoples ideas.
From the non-practicing jew to jerry falwell this is a problem that is deeply rooted in their psyche. Religion seperates and causes divides by its very nature. |

Also there are already too many people on this planet. Me not having a child would more than likely be beneficial. On the other hand most people that reproduce in numbers larger than a one to one ratio are uneducated and therefore more likely to be subscribers to religious doctrine, which just exacerbates the problem. :p |

even though i don't have a bias, i will refrain from this conversation due to my egyptian background.
