even if they really did think the boat was some kind of terrorist strong-hold for arms, which is pretty ing weak to start with, once they found nothing they could have let it go, but instead they took all the aid. that's inexcusable. |

What good does surveilance do exactly, when the nuke is within a blast radius of the shore? Seriously. I'm just trying to understand what country would allow uninspected cargo from a hostile group near their borders.
do you honestly think that would be tollerated if a group that directly declared their intent to martyr themselves or succeed in their mission anywhere near any nation's borders? Quit living in denial. If they wanted to make a point - stop, follow directions, film yourself obeying orders and if there's any unprovoked hostility - by all means, report it.
But don't be surprised that special forces operatives respond with force if you stab them, after disobeying direct orders and warnings.
Again - please tell me, so that I understand. Say you're rushing to help your friend in trouble and you're speeding. The cop wants you to pull over, you refuse and keep speeding. The cop tells you over loud speaker: PULL OVER! but you refuse. The cop then fires A WARNING SHOT, but you keep going. Finally, he boxes you in and you jump out at him with a knife, stick, or any other weapon and stab him. Cop then shoots you in the head and you make 6 o'clock news. Do you think you'll be hailed as a hero or a dumb-ass? |

You know, I have the perfect solution to the Israel-Palestine problem. I call it "All together now":
We swap 4 million Jews with 2 million Chinese settlers and 2 million Hindu villagers. That way we'll have Arabs, Hindus, Jews, and some Chinese people all in one place. Perhaps we should always bring some people from Subsaharan Africa while we're at it.
No group will be larger than two any other groups combined, and they'll be so heterogeneous that there'll be nothing in common except the fact that they live on the same land.
Let's see who's stupid enough to declare war on everyone else! |
