I'm happy the WC is over. Now we can send the vuvuzela the way of the macarena.

Iniesta was not offside when Torres crossed the ball in nor was he offside when Fabregas passed him the ball.
There was a blown offside call prior to that which was missed.

Everyone likes to bash Ronaldo for diving  ha ha Andres INIESTA gotta love that dive he pulled off, I had no idea spain were such divas :conf: but they gotta a good goalie, he should've been the man of the match
infinity HiGH
I love how everyone complains about the diving on Spains part but completely ignore the dirty game that Holland played. The Spaniards diving was simply a reaction to how Holland was mowing them down every chance they could. It was a pretty obvious tactic if you ask me.

It's Ukraine too. I definitely hope I can make it back to Poland for it. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

But they didn't score on the so-called missed offside call before that, the one that didnt result in the goal. It was a totally different play ... Thats the point here.
On another thought - Paul the Octopus is the world's most famous squid! He predicted all 7 games correctly, without any knowledge of soccer for that matter. There was actually many offers to buy him, but they refused ... Paul is now officially retired from soccer predictions.

the point is ball possession....the missed offside means a hell of a lot and everything after that missed call would have changed.

What if, what if ...
You can look at a hundred different scenarios throughout the game, from fake injuries to delays of game, and say how that could have or would have changed the game. All are irrelevant. The goal was clean and fair. Any minor misses are part of the game ... every single damn major sport has officiating flaws, its part of the game, bud.
good article but the truth is that FIFA cares very much about the north american market.....its were the money is to be made now. FIFA should only care about making more money and in order to do that they must get a bigger piece of the sports market in north america.

That was the most boring world cup game EVER. Spain plAyed like , definitely didn't handle the ball, keep possession, crisp passing that I saw the rest of the tournament. Dutch are dirty ing players. Shame on them for making this into the most violent world cup game in history. The Germany vs Uruguay game was 1000000000x better. Either of those two teams deserved to win more than Spain the way they played yesterday!!!! What a waste of a game. For 2 teams that have never won the world cup before u would think that they would've come out firing on all cylinders to play. For caliber players like they are, to miss on so many chances and to play as violently as they did they should all hang their heads down in shame !!!
