That's one opinion.
It doesn't matter how many times one says, "he is an idiot!" It doesn't make it true.
You're going to have to find an in-context quote where he calls for an invasion for the purpose of raising stocks, because that sounds like either cherry-picking or flat-out bull.
He's the first person to guess wrong about the economy? I didn't know that there were people who are right 100% of the time. They must be teaching college macro classes.

He doesn't know what he's talking about, Shaw. If his basis for thinking the economy is back on track is because the stock market reflects a number hovering around 12,000 he's the idiot. And anyone who thinks trickle up economics is the way to prosperity is even dumber; yeah lets just keep redistributing wealth to the non-entrepreneurial class that doesn't produce anything or know how to create and grow business. |

| The17sss and Shaw, this really isn't the place for your arguing. You're not even arguing about anything at all to do with the situation in Japan anymore, and it's just turned into a political debate, which most certainly does not belong here. |

| Halcyon+on+on, this isn't the place for you to be correcting me regarding my comment to The17sss and shaw about their unwelcome comments. You're not even arguing about anything at all to do with the situation in Japan anymore, and it's just turned into a hypothetical debate, which most certainly does not belong here. |

You're right, but their argument has turned into a liberal vs. conservative rant and argument over whether Larry Kudlow is an idiot or not. The argument isn't going to go anywhere, and is completely irrelevant to this thread, so either make a new thread debating whether or not Larry Kudlow is an idiot, or just do it somewhere else, because this thread is actually useful in its original purpose, but is being de-railed by an argument I'm sure the two of them have had numerous times already.
They're talking about economics in general at this point, not anything to do with Japan. |

I agree, but it's also not the place for politics with which we don't agree to be passed off as unquestionable truth. If you read the thread, you'll realize we're only responding to other comments. I'm fine with dropping it, so long as there isn't anything else to respond to. |

I'm not questioning that. It's the evolution of your arguing that has taken a turn for the ad-nauseating :tongue2 |

That would be attributable to the replies from Lews, Nou, and NRG. Or did you just skip that part?
Edit: nvm. 'evolution' means 'derailing the repetition train of beliefs I share.' yeah, my bad. I didn't mean to be a party popper. |
