I would go back to Japan in a second if I could. Radioactive disaster or not, even if it was 10x worse, the place is still far more desirable than anyplace here.
Also, I know that they will come out of this disaster stronger and more capable than they were before. |

Kinda hard when you don't speak the language (well), which is pretty much a huge prerequisite to getting any job there unless you are teaching English, which I really do not have a desire to do.
I'd rather sit here and try and shame people into changing. :p |

+1, Japan is way cooler than the Chill Out Room because it's got vending machines all over the place!

You can't get a residency there unless you are employed by someone already there and have a recommendation from the employer.
Really though, moving to Japan will help nothing for the PNW, which I still love. It would be stupid to leave to Japan and live there, and mooch off their success. It would be better to stay here and attempt to make this place a better place to live. |

Lies, all you have to do is bang a local female and have her give birth to a Mini-Nou! Then you make her your mai waifu and get a visa and live there and have your offspring repopulate Touhoku so one day your descendents can organise the Noubster uprising against the emperor.
I'm not sure that's a good idea, but it comes to show there are other ways to get a residency in Nihonstan! |
