| If the media was to let us in on whats was really going on, things might get very very hectic. Just for s and giggles I went to my local pharmacy to find a box of potassium iodine. Not one box left on the shelf and I live in New York! lol. People are very scared right now, and thats understandable. |

Japan govt just announced that they've studied food in the region around the nuclear plant. milk & spinach. And they've found the radiation levels in it over the legal safety limits there. And some might've been already transported.

wow, I get my Green tea from Japan (ito en). Never drinking that again. Ingesting radiation is much more harmful than any other form of contact. |

Yes, it is stupid to be blindly fearful, but it is intelligent to be conscious and aware of the reality of the situation, and I don’t appreciate the media misconstruing info. I can understand when they're are doing this in a political forum or whatever, but when a situation as epic as this is taking place, the media must give it to us straight up. And trust me dude they are not. |
