I'll type up a reply indicating why I think the video is propaganda.
To begin with, the video series is incorporated as a propaganda source. Tacked on at the end of each YouTube (there are a total of four), presumably because they sponsored its hosting and/or had something to do with its subtitle translation editing, the following websites are listed as an ad hoc addendum to the credits:
ALL of them (one was omitted due to being obscured by the name of the translator) affiliate themselves with ultra-right wing conservative politics.
Such promotion by these websites presents a biased use of sources. Given their political posturing, unless it is a source that they're going to attack, they're not in the business of sampling from a wide range of view-points. They will only utilize news sources that confirm the view of the world they portray. They definitely would not have chosen the video if it presented the Palestinian side.
Taking into account the content of the entire documentary, it's easy to determine why it has been promoted by these websites:
1. Most of its focus is devoted to radicalized Muslims. As such, it conveniently portrays the radical stereotype (beards, hair, and manner of speaking); to the exclusion of less threatening, more moderate Muslims who, themselves, may have more balanced view-points. Female Muslims are similarly regarded as stereotyped victims. In so doing, it divests many Muslims of legitimate outside perceptions regarding their culture.
2. It presents a very modest understanding of the conditions leading to radicalization. It points out the economically tenuous situations without providing an understanding of why it is economically tenuous. It explains why youth are attracted to radicalism but it provides a very limited view on how that attraction is substantiated let alone the fundamental understanding of their eroded identity and the psychology involved in seeking to remedy that erosion through religious fanaticism.
3. European protests against Israeli policy in Gaza, in Part 4, seem exaggeratedly if not erroneously conflated with the contributing factors behind antisemitism. Protestors are never formally interviewed and seem to have been edited into the documentary at their most unflattering, often outlandish moments (honestly, some of them are a quite over-the-top but, as with the absence of moderate Muslim voices, so go the moderate protesters). The documentary either downplays or completely ignores the legitimate reasons behind these protest in favor of focusing on the adversity of their consequence. If there are Jews, sympathetic to Palestine in Europe (and I have to assume there are), they seem conspicuously absent opposing the group with victim impact testimony.
4. The documentary appears to take a permissive view of anything denigrating to Muslim culture, such as the satirical poster of the politician's daughter in the burka or the Danish newspaper caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad, while attempting to confront a cartoonist, critical of Israel.
5. The infringement on the freedom of religion made evident by the France's anti-burka law seems only to be paid lip-service.
6. Multiculturalism, as a concept (along with those who propose it), is singled out as a convenient scapegoat for the problems facing Muslim immigrant communities. So-called proponents of multiculturalism are never formally interviewed.
7. In nearly every way, perhaps without meaning to, it conforms to the end-of-the-world mythology espoused by conservative evangelicals regarding Israel. Essentially, to support Israel is to hasten the return of Jesus Christ on Earth. Battle of Meggido... Non-Christians, bah bye (as in, yer goin' ta hell, buoy)! All Christians go to Heaven and the Meek shall inherit... Yada, yada, yada... And it actually looks like legitimate journalism.
I probably could go on...

This is not a form of "defense"
Such munitions are designed to wreak as much havoc and destruction as possible, without any regard to civilian life even after a conflict is over. Back when Israel was hit with multiple suicide bomb incidents (which also wreak havoc without regard to civilian life), such actions were rightfully condemned. Israel is accountable to the same standard.
You're right. That is not a form a defense. It is a form of failed offense. The first two photos are are not of a cluster bomb being deployed. They are photos of the failure of a rocket shortly after launch and the debris falling onto the area near where it was launched from. The first two pictures are photos of Hamas ing their own people by using civilian areas as launch sites.

If Kylle gave a forthright answer, then he'd have to have a serious discussion. He is not interested in having a serious discussion - only in advancing his opinion - hence, he can be counted on not to give a serious answer.

It's definitely not a cluster bomb. It's actually white-phosphorus munitions, used by Israel to deploy a smoke-screen. It burns quite hot and tends to torch human tissue with unremitting intensity. I want to believe that Israel tries to avoid deploying them over civilian areas. I have my doubts, though.

The things these idiots do for 72 virgins. There will never be peace in Isreal and it's neighbors. Its sad because according to this old article Jews are the Genetic Brothers of Palestenians, Syrians and Lebanese. They do have similar noses and facial structures. It' like family splitting up because of religion.

They're clusters within the actual bomb, as detailed in the last picture. The "HAMAS behind the civilian population" argument doesn't work here. If Israel gave a to distinguish militants from civilians, they would use coordinated munitions (air/artillery). Instead, during Operation Cast Lead and subsequent strikes before and after, they've used munitions like that which blatantly disregard anything in their path to maximize damage (including a UN building that was burned down as a result).

Why don't you ask yourself that question? I have yet to state my opinion on this subject.
