lots of people own bushmasters (or AR15s really) great for hunting and pleasure. I personally prefer my Rock River to Bushmaster but we make the parts for both so the whole hammer/trigger/ assembly is of equal quality.
banning guns will do nothing, if someone wants to get a gun they will find one,
hell we should ban knives too, someone went on a stabbing spree in a school in china ( http://news.ca.msn.com/world/china-...-schoolchildren ) . even if we had no access to guns the sick minded are still going to find ways to do like this |

The Chinese lunatic with a knife hurt 22 kids. This Lanza person successfully killed 20 people, including adults.
Do you really think this is a fair comparison? |

im just saying no matter what people are going to find ways around it. guns arnt the only weapons, people have gone on mass bow and arrow sprees before too.
try and ban guns are there is going to be a lot bigger problem in this country. I know everyone in this state is willing to fight for their second amendment. and guess what, the people who make the gun parts for the military are obviously pro gun and are under no contract of fulfillment atm |

Well, yeah, but it's easier to tackle an archer than an Optimus Prime wannabe, so doing everything possible to avoid worst case scenarios should be a top priority, no?

Countries have been disarmed before, and even in trigger-happy nations like ours, there could be a strict limit to what kinds of arms people should be allowed to bear. |
