You are missing the obvious point that the US rebelled against england while canadians curtsy before the english queen. Enshrined in our constitution is this circumstance while in yours its not. This is the difference, regardless whether we.speak similar languages. |

i think you are missing the overall picture assuming social likeness on what happened hundreds of years ago. The fact that Quebec and the french population are nothing like americans while those in Alberta are pretty much identical makes your fighting the loyalists prerequisite to being American or almost American absurd.
Most americans and canadians are from the migrant waves that came much later.

| If it were not for air support that arrived towards the end of the battle of the buldge, the nazis might of broken thru and won the war. The gun age needs to be lowered so that kids can defend themselves. I wonder if the 1% worry that all these poor people are armed to the . I'm waiting for the eventual collapse and the aftermath which will be like a reality tv version of mad max. |
