Killing kids? Innocent children? That is not human nature.

These shootings are a reflection of the society we live in. It's not an isolated case and it's not going to stop. America has been "oil and lubed" to operate a certain way.

As the saying goes, "We are only as strong as the weakest link on the chain."

Poverty, greed, stress, pressure, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.

It's all relative. This is the price we pay for the "freedoms" and "liberties" we hold so dear to our hearts and won't let go of.

Is anyone surprised considering how ridiculously easy it is to get a gun in the states and the power trip americans have over gun ownership? These weapons are handed out like flyers from club promoters in USA.

Yeah, because no innocents ever get killed in countries that don't have freedoms and liberties.

You misinterpreted my post.

Frankly, I'm done discussing this both on here and on FB.

Time to reflect, appreciate and get drunk.

I have to iron my clothes and get ready to walk tomorrow.

My thoughts are with the parents and families who are dealing with this horrific tragedy.

Truly heartbreaking stuff :(

are you saying it's second nature for people to be loving? let's remember that Jesus was murdered by hateful people, even though he did nothing wrong to warrant his death.

He was a hippie going against the government at the time. And the Romans had a death penalty for that.

Some Jesus swag, I'm sure. Is he even born again or just a lame troll?

I'm pretty sure they're only checking for hard drugs, even though I know you're only being facetious. Xanax and Valium are also considered controlled substances, both would suggest a mental health condition.

Show me a peer-reviewed study that correlates violent offenders with having a greater number of prescriptions for opiates, xanax, or valium than that of the general, non-violent population of patients having the same prescriptions. Otherwise this (provision in the law - no reflection on you) is speculative bull.

James Holmes was on Vicodin at the time! McAfee was mainlining gorilla pineal gland!
