Nice:) that makes 4 of us, i think we could do with a set way of how we will all judge this eg break it into say 4 parts and mark each part out of 25, giving a poss total of 100.
Parts being, 1) Original ideas
2) Sounds used
3) Production
4) Final mix & EQ
If anybody has any more ideas or comments then please feel free:D |

i worked out a system myself and sent it to arctic a few days ago.. basically it's about the same, i just divided up the "sounds used" category.. :)
- originality 20
- sounds & fx 40
>percussion 20
>other (synths, bleeps, etc.) 20
- arrangement 40
>basic layout (transitions, builds, etc.) 20
>overall sound (volume levels, vocals, etc.) 20
- total: 100
judges, lemme know if this is alright with you.. :) |

| I agree in general with your system points tor8024 , but I think 'arrangement' should be at least the half of total points . If the remixes are marked on 100 points , arrangement should be marked at least on 50. |

well.. if im in as a judge - that would make 5 of us.. unless one of the judges on the list rb2k1 made on bage 3/4 is old now..
i quite like the structure to that marking scheme.. i think ill work to that kind of basis.

Yep i agree, just take 10 of sounds & FX ( leaving 15 each) and put 5 on each in arrangement |

Can someone please tell me what the BPM of the vocals is? i read something about 136 as well as 141... ^^ |

The vocals are at 132 bpm.
(fyi, the vocals are not perfecly on. she's a hair late on the faster parts of the chorus)
