If you though Matrix 1 was perfect then you'll definitely think that Matrix 3 is NOT perfect. Don't get me wrong, it was an entertaining film but I was hoping for a bit more substance here.
It's time for some Matrix prequels now! |

I can understand why people simply needed to know "MORE"...
because people really didn't want it to end.
if you could do a little processing for yourself, I guess you
wouldn't see it as something bad. But if you're expecting to be spoon fed every single question you had in your mind>> then go pick-up your copy of finding nemo, it came out just yesturday or so.
but honestly here, it's an action flick nevertheless, and I believe we all got just that. |

| this movie was a horrible movie in every aspect. it makes me feel like i couldve written a better ending if i had the chance, the wachowski bros had so much potential but IMO they blew it. |

Wasn`t the Animatrix the prequels?
but yeah i saw the movie today and it did leave many gaps and didn`t answer many things from Reloaded. Of course the first movie is the best and i think that Reloaded is better than Revolutions.
The Only other sequel I can think of that surpassed the first was T2. Anyone else think of other sequels that did better than the first? (i can`t think of any atm :/ ) |

Ok, I'm going to do a lot of you a favour. DO NOT see revolutions. If you haven't seen reloaded, even better, but if you have it's still ok. Now ... go to this thread:

And read up on some of those theories. Pick one ... any one of them is good. Now, go to bed and dream out how revolutions happens according to one of those theories. Then wake up and say, "WOW that was a great series!" I'm warning you ... you'll be far more intellectually stimulated doing this, otherwise, the third movie is like a virus that will corrupt and destroy all respect you had for the matrix concept.
No joke, it seems like the Wahoo brothers were smoking a few joints when thinking up the first movie ... you know, developing intellectual/far out/deep angles. Then for the second movie they started drinking like 10 beers ... the flow is not as good but the basic concept is golden and they're heading somewhere right? Then for the last movie they ate a bunch of pills, became a bunch of e-tarded candy ravers who cooked up a script where everybody lives happily ever after in a disney-esque world of human/machine harmony. I was waiting for the fecking unicorns and bunny rabbits to start jumping around everywhere and for a baby machine to start playing with a baby human.
The list of people who I wanted to die in the movie in no particular order:
Neo (actually the order of this one does count)
New Oracle (who blows chunks compared to old oracle)
The bruce lee wannabe who speaks engrish
Ashanti
That stupid fecking annoying eager beaver twat (you know who I'm talking about)
That annoying indian girl who's too naieve for her own ing good
The ultimate commander of zion who has 1 emotion the entire movie
The french guy who basically said the same thing from the second movie
Monica Belluci for not showing us her
Trinity cuz she's so old and cheesy (yea I know she did ... but I wanted her to die after the first 2 minutes she came on screen)
Actually I think everybody should die for having cheesy lines and bad acting. I think the best acting in the movie came from the sentinels, the drillers, and the hovercraft. Good supporting roles came from all the bullets. Out of all the characters I could empathize with them the most and REALLY believe in the characters they were trying to portray. Hmmmmm that's pretty much it for now ... other than all that the movie was alright! |

| I just got home from watching this...I enjoyed it but it lacked the action that Reloaded and the Original had...but still great. A nice way to end the series. |
