| i hate the yankees. i hope they do pathetically this season and dont win the series AGAIN. I dont hate the mets. I respect the mets. I was just noting that the mets are not doing so well this season. i'm more of a boston fan. |

i love how people on ta just ignore what i say, and try to make another question out of it...
but i will bet that the 2005-2010 yankees are better then the mets, i couldnt tell u what their payroll is though |

thats cool man. i am a baseball fan, but my favorite team is the mets. as for the yankees, my favorite pitcher, javier vasquez, plays for them. i am pissed that the yankees stole him away from us (not that we definitely would've gotten him, but there was a strong possibility). the mets arent willing to trade away young talent (anymore) like another new york team is. :tongue2 |

i didnt ignore it. any retard can predict the yankees and red sox in 1st and 2nd place. but the fact that the yankees owe 90 million dollars to 5 (!!!) players in 2007 and 2008 is a little ridiculous. they have NO prospects in the minors. their minor league system was THE best in the early to mid 90's. bernie, pettitte, jeter, mariano... now who do they have? not one good prospect in their whole system. |
