Inter Milan Fans ??? (pg. 128)

A couple of news and notes about Inter past days:
-Former Inter target and great player Maxwell from Ajax is close to Juve dont get me started on how Inter targets we forget about go to Juve.
-Cruz looks set not to return next year and will be let go on a free..bad move by Inter I say although he isnt a top striker. Most likely destination: Roma
- Obinna & Tavano(empoli) are likely to join Inter sometime this year. Obinna is co-owned by Inter and has been a wonderkid at Chievo this year. Tavano is a great striker but would come to a fee. My opinion: Get Di Vaio forget Tavano and let Obinna have a full year somewhere else.
-There is some chaos at Inter regarding playing time lets see why:
GK:
Julio Cesar(our new #1)
Toldo (mad at not starting going to go to Palermo on loan in Jan most likely)
Defenders:
Cordoba, Zanetti are guarenteed places when healthy
Samuel, Materazzi should be starting CB but Miha's play has had Walter lose his place.
Ze Maria, Burdisso, Favalli are all on the bench and have played well when selected kinda lol.
Midfield:
Recoba, Veron, Stankovic, Cambiasso, Pizarro, Figo, Kily, Solari, Zanetti. Thats a unbelivable mid-field right there buttt not all can play in 1 match....
Attack: Cruz, Adriano, Martins. Not really much drama hear although low production for the year and Cruz should be starting I say. |

| I want Zoric's oppinion on that^ cuz Juve has the same situation although they win and have a good rotation system. |

First of all. I have not seen Obina and Tavano alot this year, So I can't really decide if they're good enough and if they can help Inter in some way, If they could, It would be a good time to take them back from their loans.
I think that Mancini has to find another rotation-system if he wants something good this year.
Although, Players like Cruz can't be kept on the bench when they're playing good and especially scoring against good opponents. Cruz should've started last game against Lazio on Olimpico.
He also has to keep Adriano in Italy under the nation team friendlys, He has to be given full training in about 1-2 weeks so that he can play at his top level. You could see some really good moves by him last Saturday, But way too weak because no one really helped him.
Stankovic is injured atm, So there's nothing you can do about that, Figo has to be kept on the bench, I think he's too comfortable with his place and Kily should be given more time on the field. Cambiasso is a good player, But he can make some incredible matches, Sometimes he really sucks.
One of Inters biggest problem is that they can't score goals against good opponents. Would be amazing too see them score so they can win, and not like last year, 300 tied games and 10 won..
Juventus is starting too look way weaker, They're also playing pretty bad atm, But they win their games even though they play weak.
Why won't Mancini try with Adriano and Cruz, and rotate between Adriano, Cruz and Martins. And if Adriano is playing bad, Then he should've been substituted much earlier than he usually is. Just take a look at Capello, He kept Nedved on the bench against Bayern München just to mark that he has to play much better if he wants his position to be his..
You have to take risks, I think he should try with Martins and Cruz when Adriano isn't fully trained and tired. Mancinin has to take more risks, And I think that Inter needs too throw out some players, A clean-up would be great. |

I agree with most of that but Figo needs to stay in the XI he looks like the Figo of old. While he is in form keep him starting but when he losses it dont keep him there cuz he's figo or whatever.
My Inter XI at the moment would be this:
Cesar
Cordoba-J.Zanetti-Samuel-Materazzi
Figo-Pizarro-Veron-Recoba
Cruz-Adriano
Bench:
Sinsa
Toldo
Martins
Zanetti
Cambiasso
Favalli
Ze Maria
Stankovic is injured so is Kily I think or they are doing a Davids on him. C.Zanetti to me needs more playing time I think he is better than Cambiasso and Esteban has been good overall for us. Solari needs to be sold or put in a defender role cuz he sucks for us. He looks like a NBA center just stands there and s evertyhing up. |

I wouldn't really complaing about your starting XI, It's a pretty good team that you've set up there.
Zanetti really needs more playing time, He's such a great player when he's in form, As you say, Much bettter than Cambiasso. Kily was stunning in Valencia together with Mendieta and Farinos. But just like Farinós, He's been out of form for a long long time, Unfortunately..
Mihajlovic is a great player too have in the team when it comes too big matches, He knows what it takes too play big matches, I would like to have him in the Serbian national-team, at least on the bench.
Ze Maria was amazing in Parma couple of years ago, But now he's not in the same form at all. It's a good player that can play very good at his best.
Figo is a pretty unstable player, Sometimes very good, Sometimes very bad. He was not good against Lazio and he complains too much, But he should be a very important player for Inter in the future, I really hope so ;) |

Zanetti does although I would sell him to Juve in an instant to get back a Chilenni or Miccoli like talked about in the summer.
Miha is nasty he becomes a voice on that team yes Javier is the captain but he is more of the guy who is a captain behind the scenes and very inspirational in the locker room. Miha is the one who does it on the pitch.
Ze Maria has had some great crosses when he gets up but other than that he's overrated.
Figo was I thought the best player on the pitch against Lazio lol. He has been good but he is better with Veron on the pitch. |

Anyways, I wouldn't think Juventus would mind to get Zanetti, He's a top-class player when in form. I'm not sure that Juventus would sell Chielini as he's growing all the time and playing better and better for every game that goes, For an example, He was very good against Livorno and Bayern München.
I wouldn't really mind that if Mihajlovic got the chance in Inter's starting XI a little more often so that he can be more available for Serbia in the World Cup 2006.
Veron is definetly a player that Inter will have good usage for, He's also a top-class player that has gone on the wrong line since he moved to Manchester United couple of years ago, Great player indeed and one of my favourite Argentine players.. |

I hope Veron makes the world cup squad. Cruz as maybe a replacement striker, I hope he makes the Serbian squad too I think if he does that might be it play the WC then retire and become probably a great manager.
That juve Zanetti deal was talked forever but never got done I expect it to heat up again in Jan. |
