Summer Update No. 1:
So Italy have won the world cup 4 of the top clubs in the Serie A could be in a different letter next year and we have 2 of the many keys in Italy's triumph on our roster.
Thats right its official the following transfers have happend:
Maxwell -> Inter
Maicon -> Inter
Grosso -> Inter
Dacourt -> Inter
Out:
Favalli -> Milan :wtf:
Wome -> Werder
Kily -> some club he will not return
Veron -> Chelsea
Some of our transfers are pretty set I cant see us going after any defenders unless we start being offered Canna or Zambrotta for example but we would still probably have to send Burdisso and Maxwell out on loan for that to happen not that I would complain. As those 2 and Buffon are the only scum from the scandals I would want.
Also the scandals havent been announced but it sure looks like we will be awarded the previous 2 scudettos possibly more down the line as the scandals will most likely search into previous seasons not just the last 2. Also we most likely will be automatic for the CL next year mostly because we have already arranged friendlies in the UK to take place during the 3rd qualfying stages.
As on the striker front it looks like Cruz might not return which is a shocker as he was our best striker last year. Would be a shame to see him go he has been linked to Torino. The only reason why he is being linked is that it looks more and more a possibility for us to bring Luca Toni to the club. Which I have no complaints as he is my favorite non-Interista. Also Ronaldo is having knee surgery and most likely moving only to the MLS if he does leave. Recoba returns from holiday today to sign a contract extension he verbally agreed with Moratti on a few weeks ago.
I have my season tix ready for this year. Ill be posting again more now the World Cup is over.

good news for Inter though, I love to see Luca Toni with an inter shirt, I remember what Moratti said regarding him in the mid winter that he likes so much to have Toni on his team..
two of the scudettos are asked to be taken off but one of them will be unsignable, the other hope to be signed to inter. |

i would really really really like to know why we arent intersted in signing buffon?
it'd be great to snatch up toni... even tho he was perdy dissapointing in the WC.... i think him and adriano would be an insane strike force.... if adriano stays long enough for that to happen |

i think we are not linked to any of these clubs as our ties to them atm would look bad and we have come out against their actions so we are not the best of "mates"
Buffon will not come here anyway he is leaving Italy all together i think.... |

where do u think Buffon's gonna go?... cant go to Real, Chelsea, Arsenal, Milan as they all have established star keepers

Arsenal, Milan are both linked as both of their GK's are :nervous: 30% of the time especially Dida had his worst year ever....
I could see Man Utd for sure not Barca think they will go in the other departments maybe Nesta/Zambrotta or someone in the back... |

Lehmans not bad, he played a good WC maybe that'll make the Gunners fans forget the CL.... and are they really gonna spend all that money to do a upgrade of minimal importance?

true but Buffon is Buffon ;) he will go somewhere I wouldnt mind him. Maybe Barca would make a bid...would be overkill |

so we'e offcially been linked w/ toni, zlatan and trezeguet now that they've been demoted.... i still think we should make a pitch for buffon or zambratta/cannavaro.... we've been linked w/ viera too
maybe guttuso and pirlo will be available?... if the verdict stays the same, wich is probly pretty doubtful
this has the potential to be the biggest let down ever if we dont win the league lol
it'd be nice to see some italians on the team if we were able to sign toni and maybe one of the ac milan boys...have we resigned matarazzi yet!?.... i think i remember ben wanting him outta milan last year :D |
