Inter have officially retired the number 3. Nicolas Burdisso is the last player to wear Fachetti's number and has since switched to number 16.
Tomarrow is the kick off of the Serie A. Inter face a really tough test away to Fiorentina. Here is what the XI should be IMO:
Crespo - Ibrahimovic
Figo - Cambiasso - Vieira - Stankovic
Zanetti - Materazzi - Cordoba - Maicon
Toldo
Seems like Mancini will drop Adriano for the match and replace him with Crespo and probably see a switch for those 2 at the 60th min unless the one who starts goes nuts.
Fiorentina are a much depleted side from last year IMO. I dont think they will be impressive tomarrow night. No Pazzini so probably just Mutu & Toni upfront. Should be an interesting night for sure. Possibly quite alot of goals. |
