| The percentage of homosexuals i dont think has increased a significant amount in the last thousand years. I don't think it is an epidemic because i think the percentage has remained pretty much constant. |

My theory. Doesn't apply to all.
One cause for male homosexuality could be a lack of male interaction during developmental phases. This is usually because of the failure of the father to be the crucial father figure role for a boy who only learns how to be a man by watching his father. So, since the female is the default sex, a fatherless boy might revert to a feminine thought pattern. I stress "might" because this certainly doesn't apply in all cases. I'm not saying all fatherless boys become gay, but I am saying that could be one reason. |

from personal experience i'd say reality is pretty much the opposite of your theory. |

i'm from the south, i'm conservative, growing up i spent a LOT of time around other males. went to nascar races, my family owned the biggest nascar store in central florida. i certainly had a load of male figures in my life, and in a part of the country also where being gay is definitely looked down upon as a whole. and guess what happened? your theory might apply to a couple cases here and there for certain reasons, but it's not even a deciding factor for those. it's gotta be genetic. |

but anyway...when it comes to homosexuality, i think it's wrong. and i don't mean because of my religious or spiritual beliefs. i'm talking about the basic science of it all. whoever or WHATever created us, didn't create us so that men should other men in the . it is very obvious what our was made to do, and that is to . if men were created to men, then don't u think men would be able to bare children? |
the whole point of evolution is so that advantageous genes are passed onto offspring. clearly the homos aren't producing children, so their genes are removed from the pool. so why care? |
