Maybe, but i'ld rather blame it on that bridgestone tire though, even schumacher spun with it this race, and for years he's commonly known as thé best driver of the grid in rain.

I heard an interview with the Dutch guy of Bridgestone that they had some problems with the tires all weekend.

I don't know if you know that, but the teams have to tell Michelin or Bridgestone 3 weeks ahead what kind of tires they're going use.

So I think that Ferrari and Bridgestone made a little mistake in that.

they drove intermediate just like most of the rest of the bunch, but atm Michelin simply > bridgestone in rain.

And :haha: at scott speed trying those dry surface tires as first one :happy2:

Atm yes Michelin is better.
Next season everybody driving on Bridgestones.
Could be really interesting.

Yes Speed took a risk to try dry surface, when most of the track was still wet.

So when they found out that Kubica his car was too light after the race, they disqualified him and the rest moved up 1 place.
So that's why Schumi got 1 point

Thanks, it was pretty confusing at first. I'm surprised Schumi didn't get a penalty during the part where de la Rosa tried to over take him. Especially during that curve with the Foster's logo, Schumi just cut into it and didn't let de la Rosa overtake him. Anyone know what I'm talking about? The commentator on SpeedTV was saying:" oh Michael, what are you doing?"

Yes I know exactly what you mean.
And Schumi did it twice.
Only the 2nd time he was not able to do it again what happened the lap before.

I think they had to give Schumi a drive through penalty for the first time he did that.
It was for a position.

And that commentator on Dutch TV said that they won't give him a penalty because it happened 5 laps before the finish.

CRAP!!!

Because it's Schumi?

If another driver would do the same action, they will give him a penalty.

within 5 laps of the end redress the situation following the race. Thats been the rule for a while.

:haha: :haha: :haha: Good work Jacques.

Villeneuve has been sacked effective immediately by BMW. No more driving for the rest of the year.

So this is 4 teams he's been through now, well 3 1/2 I suppose.......

Word is he'll retire, probably the best move cos I doubt anyone would pick him up.
mellow_head
Villeneuve :(
