You sound as if he did not make it at all?
The guy was late but delivered only one less hour than he was supposed to.
Can you imagine the cost of bringning tiesto if the promoters paid him enough so that he sticks to only one gig that night???? |

I see now how some ppl can be upset with what happened. And with the ridiculous prices for the tickets and all sold inside I don't blame you. Its pretty that Tiesto can't even say "I am sorry" I mean he does speak english, but his set was good so I forgive him.
Let me ask this ? Who goes to a rave planning on working the next day ? Like either way even if Tiesto was on time ur looking at leaving around 9 AM.
Another thing whats the big deal with not being allowed cameras inside. BEB and GODSKITCHEN should seriously off with that idea and allow cameras for BEB 13. No club in Toronto gives a about cameras, I've seen Tiesto there two times now and no one ever told me I can't have a camera. Like its New Years and a memorable night...so why not ? Yeah I went to RESOLUTION...whoo hoo all I got to show for it is my VIP bracelet. Oh let me guess you guys wanna milk more money out of us by releasing some pure cheeze DVD for 50 dollars. LOL seriously.
And yeah the security. Like seriously you search everyone for ten minutes creating massive lines yet still its a total E fest by 3 am... the clubbers will always win. Search for weapons yeah, but don't make me get 1/2 naked in the line because you think I have pills on me...I know they will be inside :tongue2
So much for VIP "fast access and waiting 30 minutes to get inn.
Man I swear to God someone shat them selves on the dance floor. I walked by and it smelled like ! No jokes.
Anyone else see the two hotties (girls) going at it in the stands ? Man wish I had a camera for that.
But still had an awesome time ! more stuff to laugh about. |

what about for those who waited from 5:30( that was his original timeslot i beleive?) until lets say 7 and then left disapoited
for them, he was a no show :)

I want that one hour refunded no jokes.lol Because no offence to the other DJ's (you all did a super job) but I know Tiesto was the super expensive one to book. But I mainly came for Tiesto and I know its because of Tiesto tickets were 150.00.
Like why couldn't he play till 12 ? and deliver the 4 hour "EXTENED SET"? Because thats what I was promised and payed for. Isn't that like misleading information ? I smell a law suit.:stongue: |

What is it with Montreal and no cameras? I've been to parties in Toronto and NYC, and it was never an issue... they don't allow cameras @ Aria... didn't let me take it in last year for Armin @ RedLite, and same this year. Are they afraid of us taking pics of people ed up on drugs and posting them around the web? What, it's a big "myth" that people take drugs at these shows and they want no proof spreading around? If you see someone walking in with an SLR camera, then maybe they're from some newspaper or something... but the clubbers wanting to have memories of the night, I don't see what's sooooo wrong with that!:rolleyes: I'm telling you, had I been able to take my camera in, I woulda walked out one happy fellow. The only party I've been to in Montreal that allowed cams was SWIRL, and THAT was an amazing night... lots of lanes for searching people (not like Resolution and their 5 lines of security), and they allowed cameras in (and that was the Olympic stadium, so it's not like there are "post 9-11" security issues involved).
Organizers ed up, but they're lucky people always want to go out and have a good time so like this repeats over and over. |

this was my gf's 2nd time at an EDM show, and she kepts saying "they advertised for Tiesto and he's not even here... are you people nuts to pay this much? Would people have paid all this money to come here tonight if Tiesto's name wasn't on the poster?" And I thought to myself, yeah she's got a point... Tiesto and his extended set was the big seller for the night, so his appearance should have been flawless. |

Many, if not most of us paid $80-100 for a ticket, not everyone paid the $150 I keep seeing. No Tiesto = probably a better dj booked in his place instead and a correlating less crowded dancefloor, so yeah, tell her I definitely would pay if Tiesto wasn't booked :p |

For me it was JERRY ROPERO - THE STORM and the always legendary Leathal Industry. I think THE STORM is Tiesto's new fav track. Plays it in a lot of his sets now. |
