perfectly happy with this little bitch.

Custom kits on a GT2? I see that on the same level as using a really really big brush to paint a moustache on a Mona Lisa, with bright red paint no less. I can understand modifying cheaper, slower porches, but a gt2 has been hand crafted to perfection and the only thing that that car needs to shine at its brightest is a race track or an empty patch of curvy road during the night.

And porsches are one of my favourite cars, even if money was no object i would take a porsche over any other supercar with the only exception of a Ferrari, but that holds a very special place in my heart.

Its just the grill. Its not even a US car. Looks better as the AUS commodore IMO. Im glad most just write them off as " another pontiac". In a few years I should be able to pick one up for cheap just like the GTO/monaro

Definitely. Why do they make the US versions so ugly?

me too.

i totally agree with u on touching a GT2. i'm not a fan of rims on porsches unless it's the cayenne. maybe some custom interior but that's it.

I can't tell you how much I hate people who cannibalize the GT2. As you said, that car is crafted to perfection. I personally find the only one that tops it is the GT2 Club Racer  and only because it is the club racer.

Who knows. I saw a USDM Monaro here once that a guy swapped all the AUSDM body parts onto it including the badges. I was surprised as hell when I saw it. Almost NO one here in the US knows that the GTO is the Monaro. :)

You're not a fan because most of the rims that people put on the beautiful (and imho the most gorgeous car around) GT2 are ugly wheels. You need to go to some more exotic less bling bull rims for those cars. That is a car that means business.

lol the cheapest Porsches here, Boxsters, cost €70 000 (~$102 000) and the GT2 €330 000 (~$484 000) so talk about "expensive" with your US prices! :nervous:

Id still rather have this over the new ones.

The Boxster is so useless it's now slower than a Hyundai.

I would like 2 of these cars. One that is original, and one that is a replica but with a fully modern suspension and motor. :D
