Sorry, but both parties do not hold equal responsibility. Bush (R) is president. He has pushed through over 200 laws that were opposed by congress. He used the terrorist attack 7 years ago to invade and attack several countries, under false pretenses.
As for Brown, he's and he's paying the price - it is a matter of months before he is out, forced out in the same way that Tony Blair was, and rightly so. Tony Blair destroyed his legacy and credibilty by taking Britian to war on false pretenses and along with Brown, have now ruined the UK economy. Brown only go to power by making a deal with Blair years ago. He was a good chancellor but rubbish leader. You're talking to the wrong person and trying to make the wrong point if you think Brits are happy with their leadership.
