got to roseland and waited in the coat check line FOREVER (wtf??) then we heard dust in the wind playing upstairs and I bugged the out and was like coat check.... "WE ARE MISSING SO MUCH" I yelled and ran upstairs with my coat.... made it in time for aurora lol.
The set was really good.... but not great like the one at pacha 2 yrs ago. There were alot of points where i was buggin the out... but also lot of points where it was like... ok... next song.... no one likes this song lol...
altho i shouldnt really complain... cuz i got to hear alot of my fav songs.
There were some points where he dropped some filthy basslines, but for the most part he was very floaty / not hard enuff...
I noticed he plays alot of songs at slower bpm than schulz (like biscayne and the new world)

Hellllloooo! Okay Here is my little review--- I have to say I was definitley totally impressed with Armin... I saw him in Boston last week and it was a totally average meh kind of show, only a 3 hour set which he picked up only for the last hour... So I was expecting a lot from Armin to make up for that but I definitely think he delivered...
A solid 5 hour set... (I dont care that it ended at 5am- I had to drive back to CT 2 hours away anyways so ..) I would have rathered him pplayed 12am-5am instead of 1am-6am u know..
So anyways he def played a lot of great tracks. (and thankfully did NOT play going wrong as someone mentioned lol)... It was mad cool when he was playing In and Out of Love vs Lost Connection when he left the decks and went to go shake hands with ppl! That was in cool!.. (And yea not cool is the heart thing with his hands. hahah.. that is a little weird oh well)
DEF my favorite track he played that night was Heatbeat -Vergatron.. that song is a friggging MONSTER!.. Also that remix of man on the run was SICK, whatever it was. Other highlights for me:

In Boston, his encore (one of them) was also Who Will Find Me, so that was kinda whatever for me. Anyone else here go to the Boston show.? In Boston he also opened up with Arnej too.. so meh. (Doesnt he realize that MAYBE the fans from these two cities overlap... cman.. I mean all DJs are guilty of the having the same opening and close tracks occasionally but still)

Glenn Morrison was ing NUTS. Oh my god i was SO impressed. I will DEF go see him again and definitely on a solo night too. He was nice and progressive most of the time, and yes like Alyssa said he really did bang it out hahaha.. which was odd but hey i enjoyed it I wont complain. He did break into these 3 songs in a row that were like housey jamacian feel, like wtf? Didnt like those ones haha - He switched it up a lot, proggy to housey to techy .. was interested I definitely liked it, not boring at all. Good job Glenn!!

NICE to meet some more new people!... Alyssa, Brian, Xcess, Ravi finallly although I have met u before i think, I may have missed some of you, Johnny, Chan and I were up on the baloncy enjoying the views of the lasers- which were ing SICK- omg best laser show i have ever seen, really. They did an awesome job. We were sitting right behind the lighting booth so we could see what they were doing too. Pretty cool.
Mike i cant wait to see ur pictures get those badboys up!
This is 1 reason those tickets are so high - LOOK at the cleanup duty they have!!!!!

I heard it on TATW by Above & Beyond before going to Armin and when I heard it I went berserk.

Overall a great night. But, I do agree that these tracks are starting to feel a bit tired. Great Sound system, great lighting, not TOO crowded. Overall the crowd wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I was glad I found the spot upstairs behind the lighting booth. Finishing up there with what seemed like diehard fans was a great end to the night!!

to be fair most of the tracks he played are completely diff from the tracks he's played on halloween and mccarren. yeah it's no diff from his more recent sets around the world but most of that tracklist is the first time he's played it to an nyc crowd, with the exception of a a few
btw that free fallin track by claudia cazacu was massive. really wasnt impressed with it the first time i heard it but it really went off at roseland
