PS Sorry I didnt do shoutouts, as although many of you met me and remembered me, I met like 20-30 new people that night at least, so I can only remember a handful of names.

Great finally getting to chill with Alyssa & Drew, wish we could have afterpartied together so I could have talked to them more, but hopefully there will be other chances!

Great meeting Alex, Erica, Jordan, Francesca, Cali, Chuy, Latino Alex, and this one random cool guy that helped me find my phone, and let my short self, sit on his shoulders for a few minutes so I could actually *decently* see what the heck was going on the stage. But ya I know met many more of you guys, but names are just not coming to me.

Oh and the odds of me meeting another Latina from South Central LA at a random party in NYC are tiny, so it was freaking awesome that happened!

Awww! Im glad to hear you had such a good time! I am jealous I didnt make it into that pictureeee.. I think it was up on the balcony at that time, oh well! Wow, that is such a long trip for you just getting home!! You are gunna sleep good tonight hahah :) Def agree that Armin exceeded my expectations.. So did Made Event in general.. The sound was amazing, lights/lasers beautiful.. can't complain one bit. :)

Hooray! Great meeting you too. Oh that's awesome that you got to go back to Aleks's with everyone. Sorry I didn't make it. I was feeling a little under the weather and wanted to be home in my own bed. Rocio, I insist that you visit and party with us more often!

the sound, lighting and lasers were great also good job made

i have to disagree with this...yes, sound was indeed better than any other made party at roseland but the rest sucked imo... it was just too dark... i was there for tiestos gig on nye and areaevent did a fantastic job with the lasers and lighting. for armin, it was just too dark imo.

here's a video from tiestos gig

you can tell the different... lighting and visuals are much better with areaevent

my review: gonna make this shorth... armin imo sucked... like andrew said, i'm most likely not going to his next indoor party..... regardless of armins set, i don't remember having this much fun ever since tiestos set @ hammerstein ballroom...

i was in andrews car listening to some of the armin and tiesto used to play in nyc back in 03 and 04 and wow....thank god i never saw them back then....i would have been so disappointed with the sets they play nowadays

Rain, rain, rain...

I forgot my umbrella today. :P

Okay, review time...

Got there about 30 minutes into Armin's set during Chagall's man on the run and was pissed at how long it took to get a few drinks from the bar. Curious how some bartenders were giving out water bottles/red bull cans and others were handing out plastic cups. :\

I think that made the experience fun was the vibe of the crowd. Roseland always has a good vibe - hope it stays that way. The last party i was at was A&B's pacha gig. Pacha is getting worse and worse. No room to dance and the crowd is just nasty and disrespectful. I might have to do VIP next time, if I decide to attend another Pacha gig.

Armin's set had the usual ups and downs, but overall I enjoyed a good amount of the stuff he played - fluff or not. "Nothing At All" was the highlight for me as well as Biscanye... which caught my ears since Markus dropped that last year at Pacha. Kind of disappointed I didn't hear "Fine Without You - Sied Van Riel Remix" but I wasn't expecting him to play that again after he did at Pachita in May. Maybe BeB... ;D

Granted, Armin's sets are not what they used to be from the Spirit/Crobar days when I first started seeing him, but there are other things that will continue to draw me to his indoor and outdoor events. I really, really, really hope that Armin plays a different set at BeB. I was talking to Megan, and she said he played much harder at WMC...

Lol... I hate being short - I can never get through the armin-crazed crowds at the end of the night to get a good shot of Armin and me. I guess I'll just have to wait until he comes around for another autograph session in NYC haha!

Also, I'm going to upgrade my camera soon so I can post vids that have clearer audio. I know Burak wanted me to post a few, but I hate the static/distortion my camera speakers unfortunately recorded.

WTF is up with the 5am cut-off?! Is there some kind of regulation going on in NYC? The last couple of parties have been ending earlier and earlier. I remember leaving Spirit/Roxy at like 6am, 6:30am... what's going on?! :(

Theres one track in there he throws down that would of made go crazyyyyyy. I don't know the track name and I'm not near my ipod to listen to it, but it has a really great sound and even the crowd went nuts.

ive been wondering that myself. i still remember when PVD at Roseland parties would end at least 7am up to a yr ago...even Spirit would be close to 7am, and Roxy would be 8am once in awhile :p even Pacha was like 6am...altho i recall the Armin party @ PACHA in March 2007 ending past 7am

Yeah, they should realize if they stayed open to 7am, I wouldn't be roaming around going ending up at clubs that have everyone messed up on meth thinking I'm cute. Don't they care about my safety? =(

Then again, 5am is a treat compared to Philly. Our After Hours club goes to 3am. 3am is after hours.
