| well put it this way with atb - i saw him in 2006 or so and he had issues then already. He opened with 9pm and than ecstasy right away. Then had one of those in the middle of the set and closed the set with the other. Trainwreck aside - what the hell dj does that in their set haha. |

we are the two out of the probably 50k+ that will show up. i'm just going to enjoy Markus, Ferry and Tritonal. and anyone else that they may add that I will enjoy =) |

Joaquin Bamaca is a resident DJ. He'll always play Main Stage. He's quite good too. |

Eh, I'm not denying what he does for Insomniac, or that he is talented, but this kind of relates to what is being discussed in the House vs. Trance thread. You kind of want an opener that is going to set up the trance artists. Now I know this is a festival, where progression isn't as important because most of these artists are just going to bang it out like theres now tomorrow (Ferry and Markus come to mind), but it would be nice if they actually had a stage that was all trance.
Either way, no matter who you have opening, you can't go wrong with Ferry and Markus headlining. :) This will be a great party!
Any word on when the full lineup is released? |

I was there with the LMD DJs at Perfecto 14th and I saw ATB at Awakening as well... To me both sets were eerily similar! And he opened wiht ecstacy AGAIN!. lol. ATB = Asian Trance Bhudda for real! But anything he dropped some Dash and other good songs in both sets... WOULD be happy if ATB headlined another stage during Ferry and Markus... It would clean up the main stage ALOT (ahem... lots of newbs would migrate out!) =)

I guess I'm not as focused on wanting smaller artists at massives, because this will be my first massive.
I've seen Ferry tons of times, he's easily been my favorite DJ for the last few years, but I've never had the chance to see him in this kind of setting, and I'm really looking forward to it. In future massives, I'm sure Armin, Tiesto, etc. will pop up, and people will be saying "Ugh, again?", but for me it will be totally new. :-) |

| i don't care of ATB plays at nocturnal, but in 2008 EDC he did play on the main stage pretty late at night and Markus played on the side stage the next day, which brings up one thing, he better not play in between Markus & Ferry...that's going to really kill the flow IMO and will be a real shame for Markus as he's the better DJ w/out any doubt. |

| yeah i saw atb last year at heat and then again at heat this year. same boring set...really not looking forward to seeing him. hes a big name though and will draw more people, but i woulda been more satisfied seeing some other djs ive never seen (dash berlin, w&w, jochen miller, the list goes on). the line up on the first page is good but id actually woulda prefered tritonal after eddie n before markus. finally, AN ALL TRANCE MAINSTAGE! feel like it's been awhile. |
