It doesn't matter where ATB is in that lineup after Krocher. Of the DJs in that group, he's def the less talented one. But it's about his name. He takes advantage of it. The promoters take advantage of it.
And I don't blame either of them. It's business in the end.
I would probably do the same if I was throwing the event. And he's with AM Only, so I am sure AM Only fought for a good spot too.
The only one I don't get is Tritonal opening. Because everyone here knows that no matter how well they setup the flow for that stage, Bamaca will probably just come on and kill it. No matter how much he helps Insomniac, people come away saying the same thing about him after every event where he plays before trance DJs. And it's not a knock on him, just the styles between him and the trance DJs flat out clash.

PS. Halliwell played after DJ Dan, Groove Armada, Fischerspooner, and Deadmau5 last year at the LE afterparty while there was trance in the side room...and his set was still def BANGIN, hard, and TRANCE, despite those who played before him. That said, he rocked the crowd more than anyone.

I actually live right down the street, in Riverside. So was the traffic really that bad last year? I guess I got to make early plans now too. I dont want to waste too much time in traffic. |

If only massives still went on till 4 AM I wouldn't have to worry about this problem, then i would be able to take the early metro back home. Good Times, those where, All nighters and . |

the 10/215 interchange was literally STOPPED for Beyond so id either show up early around 2 or late around 11... or prepare to wait/find a new route |

hahaha, what happened with the schedule? Tritonal opening? is Bamaca bigger then Tritonal? why pay an artist to come that far if no one will see them. No festival doors ever open on time, so maybe 200 people will even see them!!!!
