It's a real venue with their own security and I'm assuming a liquor license. It's not an exclusive spot to blkmarket and family. They do a lot of candy raver there as well. It's the whore of the edm venues, anyone with some cash can get in.

I doubt there will be. Though glow sticking has been tolerated more and more liberally at blkmarket lately. Dance circles should be an insta-ban.
