i'll see ya @ Resolute! :thepirate

Man, it would've been great if you had come. Paco didn't play as great as he did in NY, but it was still pretty awesome in a fairly small venue... And Life (who did Rebel Rave tonight) has been doing some solid events for the past few years. I agree that probably UHall wasn't the best setting for this party, but it is one of the best venues in DC (I prefer Sweet Spot though, it's a small version of UHall with crisper sound, UHall sound hurts my ears a bit). I'm pretty sure Rebel Rave was great tonight, Life parties are always a lot of fun.

Ok, so I got the skinny on the Drumcode party @ Berghain and why it's very unlikely to find any sets from that night/day...

Word is Fitzpatrick was awesome, Capriati couldn't even hook up his gear and had to get Berghain staff to do it for him and Paul Ritch was ripping Berghain apart. Right at the end of Ritch's set, Beyer got into bitch mode and practically threw Ritch out of the booth. Beyer bored everyone to tears and just had this overall attitude that put everyone off and nobody even cared when he finished his set. Then Len Faki saved Berghain and got everyone dancing up a storm and even at the end of his set the lights @ Berghain went on and everyone lost their , pissing off Beyer even more. In the meantime, Joel Mull was KILLING Panoramabar. Then Ida played the most horrible electro. Downstairs @ Berghain, Capriati and Beyer got in the booth all coked up chewing their faces off to do a b2b set where they both played the same music they played in their earlier sets :wtf: Capriati was mixing in his records off beat pissing Beyer off.... :haha: What a ing embarrassment. Finally, Joel Mull closed Berghain in style.

If I was Beyer, I wouldn't let those recordings see the light of day either :stongue: He was upstaged and it showed that it pissed him off.

capriati and beyer's b2b set surfaced on Drumcode radio 68. he said his solo set didnt record properly though. listening now.
