I'm curious how this works without liquor sales before noon. How late does this party go, it only says starts @ 5am. Only out of curiosity, not planning on going myself.

Me too. Usually venues get extended liquor permits for New Years' day so they can sell liquor all morning, but I have no idea how it would work out @ the pier.
