Did my first challenging run today. 5.17 miles, with a 232.94 ft ascent over the final 1.52 miles. Managed to do it in 00:45:49 for an average pace of 08:53 minutes a mile. And no Lira, there was no adrenaline rush at the end, because the last mile or so was just pure pain.

Don't beat yourself up about it, go and do something else.

My Bench was ing a few months back, I was so, so pissed off.

I went for a run instead, just a mid paced one and felt ing unreal after.

Your reward is a nice hot bath or shower after.

We played rugby for PT today. well, psuedo-rugby i guess. was more of just ultimate football with a rugby ball. regardless, was a lot of fun and a good hour-look cardio workout.

I once did 7.88 miles in 60 minutes on the treadmill, no B/S.
