Please. Shut up.

You are talking about fit people who lose water weight from exercise. I am talking about extremely fat people who retain huge amounts of water weight. To stay hydrated they don't need to drink the same amount of water that they lost from diet/exercise. They will literally lose water weight from changing their diet, especially people with an intolerance towards carbs.

How many lbs do you think you could lose by shaving off that squirrel pelt wrapped under your chin?

Ah, I love Volunteer Park at sunset. So pretty. I don't know why people choose to jog in Cal Anderson... Probably to show off lol (thats why my brother jogs there at least), Go a few blocks more and you can run around Volunteer Park.

Seattle is a joggers paradise.

This is pretty much the perfect time of year for outdoor runs/jogging, period. Temperature is perfect, air is so crisp and clean, and just the general buzz of things coming back to life is super motivating.

I think my new favorite ab exercise is pike roll outs on the swiss ball. God. Damn.

My favourite ab routine is trying to get the can of beer off my abs and up to my mouth without using my hands or feet

Our yard got a bit overgrown for all the rain, so I've been doing yardwork for 2-3 hours every day this week. Lost 4kg since Monday, which is pretty cool.

Also discovered a few muscles that haven't been used in a while

I want to lift weights with Stu. We could have matching Leotards and curly mustachios while hoisting around comically large barbells with unfashionably spherical ends to them.

And yeah, ing rain and snow this season. I'm going to have to mow this weekend, as our backyard looks like the scene of several commandos sent into the forest to track down an intergalactic alien trophy hunter.

So yeah, running at 3500' is still hard. You mountain folk are lucky.
