Awesome, another great thread and civil conversation ruined by TA's ing cancer, srussell.
Can we get back to actually talking about working out? I went for a 40 minute run today down at the lake. ing gorgeous day for it. |

Ran 4.2 miles today, walked 8.2 miles this afternoon (and that was up and down two of the major hills in Seattle).
Hope I didn't get sunburned (I probably did). |
