gah, dammit! lol.

i'm just trying to do some steady dumbbell stuff. not looking to get "jacked" or whatever. just a little stronger. i've found a good routine, but am wondering if i'm really pushing myself hard enough or not.

my entire life (with the exception of the first month of doing track and field in high school), i've always had a really good recovery rate. no matter how hard the workout, the next day (or 2 days later) i feel pretty good.

Primarily, what I have done, what works for me, what oozes well insidely, is I clean out every all of my vagina and all those within a particular radius from me and my every all. It starts out like this: Dashing figure thickly gathered in a scarlet robe of a material not, as of yet, unknown in this dimension, but it contains the appropriate amount of suction cups. This is for use in the way and means of production through the most direct of frames and portents. Variables not charted until this very evenings. And this is when I apply all forces to the Brawny paper towels I have duly appropriated, and the copy of the standard primer, The Care and Keeping of You, I set forth on my ventures. Inside my second best hole I found the only thing I once knew, the key to it all inside the pit of combined deplorable concessions, the cavern of a colony of grim regressions. I've plucked the very form and function from it, melted it down as though it was tempered gold -- whatever that is. And this is when I let the nape of my neck morph mostly into a sandy sediment, and the impediment of the reticent vocal chords vibrating in local sorts of ways, the ears can't contain that the vagina is becoming so clean. A sheen appears in my muscles and my BEST hole makes a comeback, pulsing and recessing into an incorrigible array of evacuation of sin through the complexion of a dying devil within.

My muscles were so hearty the nextest of the days I had before me.

Gonna start skipping rope as well. I got a pretty bad ass athlete skipping rope for Christmas, gonna finally put it to use. The problem is gonna be finding a softer surface to do it on rather than concrete. I can't really go to the park or find some grass because well, there's snow on the ground :haha:

If you've found a good routine and you're feeling well "worked out" after, I'd stick with that, and maybe try slowly increasing the weight as your body will adjust to it. It's more of a personal judgement call.

I definitely have :p

I'm exhausted, so I decided to take a break before I broke myself... I intended to hit the gym last month, but I hurt my foot before the wedding, and it's still not fine. I went for a walk today to see if it was fine, but I regretted doing it. I couldn't care less, as I'm letting myself live like a couch potato for a while - I'm the fattest I've ever been <3
Lagrangian
I've been diligent on my health/fitness goals: At an average height of 1.82M I weigh 74Kg -- My overall body fat is 23% BMI 23.3 -- The goal: 68-65kg. -- BMI: 18%-15%

Method: I've shifted my diet to a strictly low-carb diet, I've already lost a couple in just 36 hours [first week]. I'm eating mostly meat and veggies, low fat cheese; no sodas, no sugar, no milk.

20-30 min sprints and this weekend I will work on my abs: Raised leg single-leg squats, side leg raise, cable woodchoppers, etc.
