| Don't mean to come across rude, but have you tried? How about you try to do some and ask if you've got them right. honeslty it will help you more to do it yourself than to just get the info from someone else. |

There gotta be many of those tracks keyed, although it might not be 100% it's just what peoipel think the key is. |

Trying to figure out Tranquility Base - Razorfish (Above & Beyond Bangin Mix)... it's tough to believe this could be in C major... a second opinion would help!
Thanks guys |

hey everybody, been a while since i posted here!
wanted to let everybody know that the mixshare.com site has really matured. the server code hosting the online database has been drastically improved. the quality of the information is getting better daily, and growing! there are over 220,000 unique songs entered! the more people that contribute, the more accurate and comprehensive this information gets... i would really like to see it grow even more!
best of all, the rapid evolution tool integrates seamlessly with it. users keep asking me how bpm/key information is automatically there for the songs they add, and i have to tell them it's performing queries to the mixshare site and finding matches, it's not magic ;-) i look forward to the day when people don't have to spend so much time finding the keys to their songs, and the information is just there for people to make use of...
i also want to comment that, i see new programs popping up for key detection such as mixed in key. while they might offer more accurate automatic detection of keys, i think that's about it, and i don't know how much any of the accuracy has been proven or tested. i'd like to see side-by-side comparisons of rapid evolution, mixmeister, mixed in key, etc...
rapid evolution is the only one that's free and community based. it will actually be open sourced in the future! it offers many features these others don't, like detection from live audio input, a midi keyboard to determine the key with your own ear, the ability to share all this info, running on any operating system, etc... so, in my opinion, save your money... ok i'll shut up now ;-) |

Great Site Qualia, I am a member of Mixshare.com, and I add all the songs I key, I started about 3 months ago, so it's nice for now.
Thank You. |
