| Our harmonic mixing database indicates that Alena's "Turn It Around" (Space Bros.) is at 139/9A. |

I have a question regarding the camelot thing.
Lets say a have a song in 1A at 130 bpm, if i pitch it up 1% am i in 2A now? i know that if i increase the pitch to +6% the track goes from 1A to 8A is this correct? if so then what would that song be at +1,2,3,4,5 etc.. just trying to get an idea how much my songs change in key (camelot) when i pitch them up or down, thanks. |

yes. |

| what about +2%,3,4,5 etc.. if increasing the pitch by 6% changes a 1A to 8A then all those pitch increases inbetween has to do something... |

using your 1A => 8A example, +2,3,4 etc moves the key somewhere between 1A & 8A. there is no actual note in between the 2. theyre two keys right next to each other on the keyboard (i think, dont quote me). |

| so if i pitch that 1A song up 4% (135bpm or so) it stays in the same key 1A??? |

a key pitched more than 3% up or down, will be closer to the next key. thus a 1A pitched @ 4% will be closer to an 8A than a 1A, and a 1A pitched at -4% will be closer to a 6A. |
