Hi everybody!
First off all thanks for the thread it has tons of useful info. I'll be in Switzerland from march 24th to April 3rd to visit a friend and we thought of going to Amsterdam for a couple of week days between 27th and 30th. I checked partyflock and most club sites. There aren't much Trance/house parties on those dates. The only ones were Thursday night at Escape (franchise) and Laurent Garnier same day. How is Escape on Thursdays? Can you suggest any good places to party Tuesady/wednesday nights. Any info is appreciated.

Hey guys great thread, need some help about which events to go to and which month to go to. Im coming from Australia and we will be arriving in Europe at the sart of july, however the date change from August to July for DV has kind of stuffed things a little. we were going to GKGG in July then to DV in August, now im thinking of just scrapping one of the vents
we need to know is DV worth going to, or is there other mindblowing events on that we wouldn't here of over here. and what would be the better month to be in holland July or August, we'll be there for a couple of weeks

because 50 percent of the bikes in amsterdam change owners w/o any money being paid.....every half-a-year
you'll see... locks (3 per bike avg.) are mostly more expensive then the bike they're protecting.....
you can "order" your bike from any dope addict.... prices vary fm. 10-50 euro's depending on the make and how fast you want it...
bringing yr own bike is rather stupid.... maybe jp has some nice piczz...
(owyeah, b4 i forget: do NOT be smart and bring it anyway, if a.m. dopeaddict for some reason can't pick the lockzz, he (OR she) wil fold yr wheels and rip off the saddle just for fun.)
and if you want to go to the police, make sure that they're sitting down when you tell them. otherwise they fall over laughing

I believe JP had pictures of the venue, so maybe he is nice enough to show some, thursdays can be little busy in the escape, but not totally packed or something i believe.. Some students go, some tourists.. errr.. what else you wanna know? |

Well I am a student and I will also be a tourist during my visit to Amsterdam:)
I am University student here in England and I will be in Amsterdam from 3rd to 8th April. I am planning to go to Escape club on Thursday night since I heard that they play good Trance in that club. |
