Hi, well I know him by name but not in person, I also entered the heineken thirst dj contest, mixing trance, but... to the whole disgust of non prog house djs.... street machine turned the dj contest into a progressive house dj contest, also happend with thirst 2.
Im sorry for sounding a bit angry talking about the contest, but its not just my vision, it was the talks of non prog house djs all over chile and it sucked!. I think even some prog house djs here in chile agree that prog. house is killing the chilean dance scene... but thats for a whole other discution ;) (even ferry's manager told me he saw far too much prog when I talked with him...and he's not even chilean... imagine!)
sorry again :D thou I dont dislike bass romero's mixing skills btw, I just had like "bad memories" with the contest thing anyways I am really interested in asking you questions, Ive just got till tuesday with finals(university), and then I will do everything to be ready for the trip to holland.
spanish or english, Im fluent in both of 'em ;) :D (lived in -->South Africa<-- for 3 years and in the US for some time)

Hi all,
I heard that all public transport in amsterdam will be shut down at 8pm on the 31/12/04. Can anyone absolutely confirm that it will happen? any websites will be appreciated.
Will there be taxi available in central amsterdam?

| I know that the trains in the whole of holland will stop at 8. Dunno about the trams and busses in amsterdam. Their website isnt clear about that |

Most of the time, taxis are available on New Years Eve, but expect long waiting times if you're not so lucky. Or pre-order one. |

Call one of Amsterdams taxi companies... And do that on the day itself, not tomorrow or something. That's a bit to early. |

will be in the city from 29 dec to jan 3 and im looking for major trance/techno/tech-trance/hardhouse events for those days.
All i know about so far is Adam Beyer at Docklands for New Years.

Well if you get the chance to visit Awakenings at Docklands, do so :toocool:
The location had this 'underground' feeling, the lasers are amazing and they will not hesitate to increase the volume to level 'earblowing' :D |
