Do alot of people know how to speak english (or is that a stupid question?) Almost everybody speaks English, most of them a bit sucky tho :)
How expensive is everything? We Dutch ppl think everything is expensive, but i cant compare it to what u guys pay in Canada. Beers are usually between €1,50 and €2,50. Post what u pay for products in Canada, so we can compare :)
How crazy do you people like to party? :crazy: (the more the better) Very crazy
And the most important question.. how good looking are your girls? From very hot to very not :) |

hey
is there anything going on today, friday 8th and saturday 9th in amsterdam, trance wise??? looking at a bunch of amsterdam clubs on the internet, i relized that they play disco, funk, house etc, but no trance.
could anyone suggest some trance parties?(except for sensation black)

As I already mentioned,

If you decide to go, don't wear sneakers and dress a bit smart, bouncers might not let you in otherwise. Apart from that night, there aren't many trance club nights left in Holland. |

you could probably live all your life in amsterdam without having to learn dutch :D
things in general are more expensive in amsterdam than in canada. altho, as mentioned, beer is on the cheaper side of things.
parties get crazy and they are tons of fun. way more fun than in canada. different crowd too, cant compare to where you from, but night and day with vancouver parties.

erm, some other pointers, dont expect much for customer service in holland. dutch may appear rude and uncivilized, dont blame them, blame the culture ehehehe no really tho, they are just not as kiss-ass and overly polite like we are in canada. once you get to know them, they are very friendly.
when you get offered crack/coke/heroin/whatever keep walking and dont stop, unles you're looking for trouble. expect to spend a lot, but to also have tons of fun and make great memories. |

Thats awesome. I cant wait to go over there and party. Hopefully people are alot nice in the clubs then the ones here in Toronto. Nothing but damn rude gino's. Thanks alot. |

naw, friendly people at clubs in amsterdam
you may run into some roudy tourists (usually americans or brits hehe), other than that, people are chill there |
