Hi everyone :) It would be nice to get some help from you all, and someone recommended especially that I ask JP :p I have some Dance Valley questions!
I'm flying into Amsterdam on August 4. That's as far as my plans go so far. I have no idea what to do!
I assume I take a train to the place where Dance Valley is... anyone know how far this trip is and where I find out what train to take? It says to take it to the Sloterdijk station, so is this just the metro that I take, or some special train? Will I have to make a reservation? Because I'm assuming a lot of people are going to be taking the same train for the same reason... or does the train run often enough for that to not be a problem?
I am staying in a hostel in Amsterdam on the night of the 4th. Then the 5th, I go to DV, and then I have to take the train back to my hostel? And then get up on the 6th and take the train back again? THAT SUCKS! I'm not camping there cause I don't know anyone... wtf... this is gonna suck. This is also another reason I need to know how long this train takes and how much it costs.
Also someone said that if you're not camping, you have to buy a second ticket for another 95 euro? :conf: I don't see how this could be true... don't I just buy a two-day pass for 95 euro and it will work, even if I am not camping?
Also if anyone can just throw a name of a good hostel in Amsterdam at me, a cheap one and not far from the fun stuff and center, or at least name me the neighborhoods I should look for a hostel in, I would greatly appreciate! ;) |

when should i expect the package?
miss bliss, i'd recommend either getting or borrowing one of them guide books to amsterdam/netherlands/europe. they have lists of hostels and hotels |
