what was so much better? honestly the proximity was what i wanted and we could hardly be any closer unless we slept in le palais. glad you liked your hotel though :)

Seems like you're famous too, I took a pic of you and you friends :)

Pretty cute (the 2 chicks, especially the one on the right!)

the trance room was full of so many sexy dancing girls...

we were close to everything too and we had an IGA grocery franchise right next to us, a fridge and microwave and bedroom separate from the living room, internet access (buddy brought his laptop and sub woofer so I put 13 hrs of edm on there), and the living room had a pull out couch and the kitchen had a bar with three stools.. all for the same price you guys paid and about five minutes further from the Holiday Inn Select.

I don't know how noisy it was for you guys at the hotel but ours was fairly quiet (except for us noisemakers). The bedroom had a tv as well, and there was an office desk for our laptop.

Marcus, I think they were everywhere actually. I even saw a cute female cop. The only good thing about overcrowding these events is that you get twice as much talent ;)

Yay, I'm finally famous... I'd like to thank my beautiful girlfriend, my parents, God, Jesus, all the TAs, all the DJs, all the promoters, the city of Montreal, the cleaning staff at the Congress centre, the security guards, the photographers, the drug dealers, the pimps, the hoes, anyone who's ever said hi to me, anyone who's ever laid eyes on me, *is this enough or should I continue?*:toothless

The one on the right is a member here, maybe she'll message you if she's interested!! hehehe And yup, my gf is super cute, thanx for the compliment bro :D

grocery store would have been nice but we ate out so a microwave would have been nice for leftovers. it was quiet and we had the internet so it wasn't bad. sucks that we paid the same price as you guys did for one room but honestly the room had what we needed so that's alright by me PLUS we already paid for it so might as well be happy with our decision :)

Time to get in was atrocious at ~ 12. Got in at about 1 with '84th avenure' and friends.

Never been to BeB before but I generally saw what the hype was about (been to a lot of other parties). It was like a circus inside, packed everywhere and a bit overwhelming. But what was with the flea market between the rooms? I was half expecting to see a gypsy in a fortune-telling stand there. Anyways, the deco was alright, they shouldve used projectors instead those plasma's. Sound was pretty bad at times especially considering the ticket price and the fact that they have have used this venue before.

Crowd = tons of hotties and friendly for the most part. But damn was it hard to find friends in there lol.

As for the music, it was a meh. Can't say i had high expectations going in, though, as im not into trance anymore. SVD played very well for the two hours i heard, well worth seeing. Second sun were horrible, so I checked out the house room. I think Rahofer was on and he was a bit disappointing, a little boring IMO. Despite the technical difficulties, it was nice to hear some live singing with Maya. There should be more of this at furture events (including live performances a la Booka Shade). Armin played pretty decent for what I remember, though he ended on a very weak track. Saw a bit of Dubfire and he played generally to more of my style. I remember hearing Kazyani remic of Outhouse. After that I didn't really see any more of the djs as i got...distracted.

Overall, I had a great time. Bumped into a bunch of ppl from O-town which was cool.

Here's most of the crew for the night:
