en realite, il y a peut etre une ou deux personnes au monde qui savent combien de personnes ont vraiment ete a l'interieur!

I can call it whatever you want, I'm just using BeB names.

Again I think BeB called the room Tech because of people who doesn't know the music. "Common" people know Techno and possibly House. But Trance ? Maybe in Toronto and probably in Holland, but not really in Montreal.

Next year, I'll suggest to call the room "Electronica" to please you :p

But do you see my point at least ?

well trance comes from techno, so there you go :p

Neo your & my moms or young preteens say techno for every kind of EDM
but almost everyone that go to BeB know what is trance
so it's a bit retard to call it the tech room because actually it will makes the noobs that don't know what trance sounds like that this is tech hehe

I thought it was overall a pretty sick night.

We got there at about 11 and had no problems at all getting in. Only the searching part took a bit longer, I found they were quite extensive!

Got in, checked out both rooms...Decor in the house room was realllly lame. Like everyone said, wtf was that stupid stage with the curtains going all the way to the ceiling, right in the center of the room? ridiculous! When I saw all those lights on the walls of the Trance room I thought it would be sick, but it didn't turn out to be very impressive, they should've done better.

The sound problems were also really annoying! What a vibe killer for the music to just randomly start sounding all muffled, and then the static that would show up every so often. Good thing it didn't get any worse than it was.

Listened to Wizz opening set for a bit less than an hour, I thought he did a good job. Some really high energy, hard trancyness. It got me moving along with everyone else.

Then SVD came on and was just as good as I hoped he would be. Nice blend of harder and softer beats. I don't know if anyone heard the Killers - Read My Mind remix, that was sick! Good job by him, I hope he comes back very soon! He had the crowd going wild, really feeding off his own energy.

Second Sun after that meant leaving the tech and hitting up the house for some Rauhofer. He was playing some decently dirty beats, but it was really just too overwhelming in there...Too many men. Too much having to look over my shoulder, so I left and just chilled around until Armin came on.

Armin played a decent set, but I'm not on the whole "He killed it, he stole the show," bandwagon. I stayed in there for an hour or so and he was just playing way too slow. I got bored, hit up the house room again for some Offer Nissim which I really enjoyed.

Then it was Above and Beyond and I thought they were fkin great! They were ripping it with those banging, fast hard beats that Armin had failed to deliver. Great great job. Great energy. I really hope they come back to Montreal soon!

Stayed for like an hour of Preach after that, nice banging hard beats you would expect from him! But my feet were killing and I decided to call it a night.

Bathrooms were chaotic as always...gotta love those crazy journeys upstairs.

Sooooooo many sexy girls! But the freaks were out in full force as well of course. Anyone see those dudes dressed up like Geishas or something? Who does that?

Great to see some TA's though I didn't see very many! Malek of course, SeanMP nice to meet you, I saw Selma dancing it up in the VIP from afar, and Fahad good to see you again dude! Hollaaaa at my boy Marcus for hooking me up.

Anyway, I loved every minute of it! Probably my favorite of the three Bal en Blancs I've been to.

there was a good amount of tech played in the trance room.. mind you I skipped out of Above's entire set and half of AVB. Yeah, that 13000 number was reported to the media, but I'm certain those weren't the true numbers. In fact, there were two types of tickets floating around, so who knows what the true numbers were.

If you want to know what BeB was truly like, just read my review :p
